Seasoned HR executive with over 25 years of experience in international, global corporations (Mars, Wrigley, Exide, Wavin, SAB Miller). Throughout her career, she had the privilege of serving on boards of directors in CEE and Poland, as well as being a valuable member of numerous leadership teams.

Her expertise lies in delivering tailored, business-oriented HR solutions that drive tangible results. Whether it’s designing and executing People strategies, initiating talent transformations, or spearheading strategic capabilities, she has a proven track record of driving business transformation.

She has played a pivotal role in supporting various organizational changes, including acquisitions, restructurings, and mergers. Additionally, she has led the implementation of numerous HR strategic projects, from culture transformations to leadership programs, with a focus on building employer reputation and fostering engagement.

Having worked and lived abroad with 18 different nationalities, she has honed her communication skills, tested the flexibility of leadership style, and embraced adaptability.
